Terms and conditions

  1. Confidentiality: All information shared in the coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, unless you give me express permission to share specific information or if there is a legal obligation to disclose.
  1. Code of Ethics: I am a member of NOBCO/EMCC and adhere strictly to their Code of Ethics. As a coach, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of competence, integrity, and professional conduct.
  1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the full fee for the session may be charged.
  1. Payment: Payment for coaching services is due prior to each session, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
  1. Coaching Relationship: The coaching relationship is a professional one. Our interactions will remain professional and respectful at all times.
  1. Non-Guarantee of Results: While coaching can be highly effective, I do not guarantee specific results from our coaching relationship. The success of coaching largely depends on your commitment and follow-through.
  1. Referrals: If I believe you would be better served by another professional (such as a therapist, consultant, or other specialist), I will make that recommendation to you.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions: I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes.
  1. Complaints: If you have a complaint about the coaching services, please raise this with me as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve the complaint, you can take the complaint to the NOBCO/EMCC.
  1. Agreement: By engaging in the coaching services, you are confirming that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.
