What are your qualifications as a coach?

I am an accredited Practitioner with the NOBCO/EMCC, have a post-bachelor degree in coaching, and am experienced in various areas including financial and corporate sectors, motherhood, expat life, and intercultural integration.

What can I expect from a coaching session with you?

In each session, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be encouraged to explore your goals, challenges, and opportunities.

We’ll work together to identify the steps you need to take in order to achieve your objectives.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

The number of coaching sessions varies and is dependent on your individual goals and needs.

Typically, a coaching process can involve between 6 and 10 sessions, but we will discuss this during our initial consultation.

How does coaching differ from therapy or counselling?

While therapy often deals with healing pain, dysfunction, and conflict within an individual or in relationships, coaching supports personal and professional growth and development based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes.

What coaching model do you follow?

I utilise a goal-oriented approach, supported by the NOBCO Coaching Monitor tool.

This approach emphasises a co-creative process, working with you to define clear goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them. I leverage on a number of models as needed, sometimes combining them, to provide personalised guidance best suited to each client’s situation.

How do you ensure continuity and progression in the coaching process?

Usually, coaching session begins with a review of actions and insights from the previous session, and ends with the agreement on the next steps.

This keeps the process focused and ensures that every session builds upon the last.

What can I expect in terms of support between coaching sessions?

In between our sessions, I am available via email for any questions or if you need further clarification on anything we discussed during our session.

How is the effectiveness of coaching measured?

The effectiveness of coaching is measured primarily by your progress towards achieving your defined goals.

Additionally, I use the NOBCO Coaching Monitor, which provides a systematic way to monitor progress and reflect on the effectiveness of the coaching process.

Can I switch between different coaching services during our work together?

Yes, while it’s beneficial to maintain a focused approach, I understand that your needs may evolve during the coaching process. We can discuss and adjust the coaching plan as necessary.

Do you offer coaching in person, or is it online only?

While the majority of my coaching is conducted online, we can discuss in-person sessions if you prefer and if it is feasible.

The specifics can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
