COACHING METHODS AND TOOLS
TAILORING PROVEN MODELS TO YOUR UNIQUE JOURNEY
Every individual is unique, and so are their circumstances and challenges. This is why I believe in a flexible, tailored approach when it comes to coaching. I draw upon a broad spectrum of established coaching models and theories, ranging from the Solution-Focused to Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis, the GROW Model, Mindfulness-Based Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Coaching, and more. I leverage these models as needed, sometimes combining them, to provide personalised guidance best suited to each client’s situation.
Beyond these models, I also create custom-made exercises for my clients. These exercises are designed based on proven theories or models, but are adjusted and refined to match the unique needs and context of each client. The goal of this customised approach is to make the coaching process as effective and as relevant as possible for you.

This approach stems from cognitive therapy foundations and emphasises identifying and challenging irrational beliefs that trigger emotional disturbances.
The aim is to replace these beliefs with more rational and adaptive thoughts, improving emotional regulation and equipping individuals with coping strategies to address present challenges.

It’s designed to assess dominant personality attributes, shedding light on behavioural tendencies, motivations, and interpersonal interactions. The model offers insights into five core dimensions: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (or Emotional Stability), providing a comprehensive yet concise glimpse into human personality.

GROW Model
This is a straightforward, goal-oriented coaching framework that stands for Goal, Reality, Options, and Way forward. It provides a structured approach to set clear objectives and devise strategies for attainment. It offers clarity, encouraging solution-finding, and ensuring actionable commitments.
Value-based coaching
